E-globalhosting Backup service is a backup email server solution offered as a secondary Mail

Exchange. It is used to store your emails during your mail server downtime.

 

Your primary Mail Server may become unreachable under the circumstances of:

  • Hardware Failure

  • Network Failure

  • Internet Connectivity is Down

  • Software Failure

 

How it work?

 

 E-globalhosting Backup service will ensure during that mail server downtime, there is no loss of emails.

 In the event of a temporary fault with your mail server, all the emails will be re-routed and stored in the E-  Globalhosting Mail Relay Server. The Mail Relay Server will respond by checking the connectivity with the mail   server and deliver the emails as soon as your mail server connection resumes.

 

Easy to setup. No changes would need to be done in your email client (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook express, etc.)

If email server is unavailable, it would hold the email and prevent it from being bounced back to the sender.

Provides a fully automated forwarding of emails, creating a seamless transition.
