OPUS (Operation Progress Automatic Update System)

★☆Installed OPUS to a Japanese company in Johor on March 2008☆★

By goodwill of the introduction company, it is possible to observe this system.

Please refer to a footline for the details.

With Preactor, we have realized accurate scheduling corresponding to the production environment till now.

Furthermore, we enable update / change of the schedule flexibly by feeding back the work progress status information from each production process to Preactor scheduling system and send precise work instructions in real time to each production process.

【Good point】

  1. An introduction setup is possible in a short term.

  2. An introduction cost is held down

  3. Various demands are realized by customization.

  4. The complicated operation is not demanded to a shopfloor operator.

  5. The progress is confirmed in real time, and the work change is ordered quickly.

  6. It confirms work progress status for 24 hours.

  7. Work instructions on screen are displayed at every product line and machine
